Technology is NOT neutral. It is biased towards the conditions under which it was developed.

We have to find a way to produce, modify or at least encourage the production of appropriate technologies. A LapTop is a perfect example. A special model can be designed specially to resist e.g. heat, moisture and dust that prevail in many Developing Countries.

How big could this market be? --LapTops for Developing Countries-- and could it be attractive, cost-effective and promising enough for producers?
