My point is that: It would be a lot better for us and our generations to come to be far sighted enough to think about solving the root causes of any problem.

BTW, everyone knows (including me) that it was NOT an answer to your question, it was an idea inspired by the question, and I wanted to share with the List(s). That's one way for communicating ideas.
