NATIONAL DIRECTOR, COVENANT HOUSE/CASA ALIANZA HONDURAS
Covenant House (Casa Alianza), an international child care agency working with street children, is seeking a dynamic, creative and dedicated professional who is bilingual in English and Spanish to direct our Honduras program.
The candidate will manage a multi-program organization comprised of group homes, a crisis center and transitional living programs. Experience in residential programs working with youth and families as well as working with the community and civic leaders is also required. Fund raising experience is preferred.
Excellent communication ability including written and verbal skills, 5 year's experience in a management position and a Master's Degree in human services required. We offer a competitive salary plus housing costs.
