Dear colleagues:
Kristin Brown, Jim Cummins and I are writing for your help in compiling an annotated list of Internet resources for anti-racist, anti-sexist multicultural education. As a starting point for this listing, we will use parts of a listing from the recent book by Jim and I, _Brave New Schools: Challenging Cultural Literacy through Global Learning Networks_ (St. Martin's Press). We want to make the results of our compilation as widely available as possible over the Internet to educators concerned with socially proactive multicultural education.
Please send (a) addresses for electronic discussion groups, and (b) URLs for gophersites and websites concerned with key topics in multicultural education.
So as not to clutter e-mailboxes around the net, we suggest that you mail your suggestions to <mailto:dmsayers@ucdavis.edu> and be sure to tell us in which discussion group you read about our project. We will be sure that all individuals who contribute and any discussion groups we contacted receive the final compilation to distribute freely.
