Greetings: I'm interested in the topic of (current) civil-military relations in Honduras, though there isn't much literature on the subject besides what I find in FBIS Document Text. A couple of weeks ago, in the city of San Pedro Sula, five U.S. restaurants were bombed. My questions are: Was the military behind the bombings?
