Abraham is on leave, following a RINAF course in Kenya where I was involved too. We in fact spoke about Nigeria there :-)-O

As far as I know Abraham registered NG in order to assist Nigeria, as part of the RINAF project. I seem to understand that he of course would lay this into someone's capable hands.

In particular if the person met the criteria of the relevant RFCs :-)-O And while I am on this topic, it is not the domain that is run from the country, it is the function of domain administrator, who must reside inside the country and respond to email. It does not matter one little bit where the server is actually located and who is the technical or zone contact. Until Namibia got IP (stable enough to run DNS) RMI.DE in Germany did us the favor.

I would suggest that any aspiring DNS manager should get in touch with him when he comes back in a month, he is on the CC list.
