Dear Devel-listers,I'm doing a brief study for the U.S. Congress on the availability and costs of e-mail and WWW internet service in developing countries. I have excellent information from one source in Africa but need more there and in other parts of the world. Could you e-mail me off list to tell me (1) whether both e-mail and WWW graphic internet service is available in your country [or in countires you know] and (2) what the cost per kilobyte [or hour if that is how it is measured] is for both kinds of service. I'll accumulate the data and post a summary to the list later. Be sure to tell me in your message what country or countries you are talking about. I can't always figure out from e-mail addresses where people are. Thanks a lot.
