Apologies for any cross posting.  I have just had a phone call from COWI
CONSULT in Denmark, who are URGENTLY looking for a Senior Irrigation Engineer
and European Co-Director for a EU funded project in Nepal.  Experience in
Asia is required.  ANyone interested or who knows of anyone who might be,
