A Call for Comments on Draft PapersThe second follow-up meeting to the Microcredit Summit will be the Meeting of Councils, to be held June 24-26, 1999 in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa.

The meeting will include four papers to be discussed in plenary sessions. Drafts of the four papers will be available for comment beginning March 1. They will be finalized and distributed before the Meeting of Councils. To receive a draft of one or more of the papers, send an e-mail to mailto:microcredit@igc.org with the subject heading stating the appropriate key word (found in parentheses at the end of each title), and your preference of e-mail format (ASCII DOS text, Rich Text Format (RTF), or WordPerfect 5.1).
