Andrew,
Did not see any replies to this, so let me give it a try:

You could use Pegasus mail for DOS and a third party utility to convert your mailboxes to its format. You will find descriptions of and links to several conversion utilities in this document:

Guide to Pegasus Mail Addons List Pegasus Mail - Programs to Make a Good Program Even Better ========================================================== Compiled by Michael Bernardi [...]
A recent copy of The "Guide to Pegasus Mail Addons List" can be found at <URL:ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/ibmpc/dos/apps/pmail/pmail-addons.txt> The above site will ALWAYS have a copy of the latest version within days of it being finalised.
<URL:http://risc.ua.edu/pegasus/0pmail-addons.txt> <URL:ftp://ftp.let.rug.nl/pegasus/0pmail-addons.txt> <URL:ftp://pegasus.topnz.ac.nz/pegasus/0pmail-addons.txt> <URL:ftp://ftp.usm.maine.edu/pegasus/0pmail-addons.txt> Please retrieve the Guide from one of these sites if possible.
A Web page with links to the above sites can be found at <URL:http://www.let.rug.nl/pegasus/> and at <URL:http://www.pegasus.usa.com>.
A Webified version of this Guide can now be found at <URL:http://www.dendarii.demon.co.uk/FAQs/pmail-addons.html> This is rather a long document, and may take a while to load.
The latest version of this TEXT document can be obtained by sending an email to mailto:Pegasus-addons@dendarii.demon.co.uk but use this ONLY if you can't get it by any other method. dendarii.demon.co.uk is a dialup site, so my phone bill goes up with your requests!
NOTE This copy will be the SAME as that which is posted to the PMAIL List newsgroup gateway (bit.listserv.pmail) and to the newsgroup comp.mail.pegasus-mail.misc every other month. Due to its size it cannot be posted directly to the PMAIL List. Please TRY to get this via FTP first!

Btw: If you have Windows on your machine, I've read the current version of Pegasus Mail for Windows (WinPmail ver. 301d) is able to read unix and Eudora mailboxes without conversion. Links to this and PMAIL for DOS found in the above document.
Oh, not to forget - someone here told me Arachne <http://home.arachne.cz/> can read Pegasus mailboxes, if so this leaves you another option. Don't know if Arachne can convert from unix and Eudora though, but if not you could use the Pegasus utilities listed in the above doc to do the conversion.
All the best,
Bjorn
