Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance (VOCA) is a private
voluntary organization providing technical assistance in micro/small enterprise
development, natural resource management and agriculture. We are seeking
a specialist in microcredit interested in carrying out a 4 week feasibility
study in Haiti on a community banking project. The project is in collaboration
with the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation in Agriculture, the OAS's
agricultural development organization. We are seeking French-speaking
individuals with experience in microenterprise credit program design. All
costs associated with the project are covered by VOCA. For more information
please contact VOCA 's Program Officer for Latin America & the Caribbean,
Dennis Diligent, at 1-800-929-8622.

Please forward this message to individuals whom you feel would be interested in volunteering as well as other lists/newsgroups as appropriate.
