The Zero Emissions Research Initiatives (ZERI) Beer Brewery Aqua- & Agri-culture (BAG) project is now gathering scientists and practitioners to join two expert groups.

ZERI-BAG project will design integrated systems for research and implementation (pilot scale) in the productive utilization of all wastes and byproducts that are generated from the beer brewery industries. Volunteers will help gather information, discuss issues and make recommendations for research projects.

The first group will deal with improved and new ways to use beer brewery cake.

The second group will deal with productive ways to treat and use the wastewater.

If you feel you can contribute to either or both these efforts, pls send me (mailto:foo@hq.unu.edu) a detailed description of your experiences. A selection will however be made since each group will be kept small in size.
