In our country Telefonica de Espanha take the control of the 2 more important national PTT ( CPT and Entel). They have a very large project of investment in order to upgrade the national telecomunication infraestructure. Tele 2000 a wireless ( cellphones) company are upgrading very fast his local infraestructure ( in Lima).
