Subject:      On-Line Resources on Road and Rural Transport
To: Multiple recipients of list DEVEL-L

I am looking for on-line resource (lists, etc.) that concentrate on
infrastructure provision in developing countries, specifically roads
and rural transport (ie including bikes, wheelbarrows, donkeys).  I
am concentrating on Africa, but am open to literature from any area
of the world.  I am especially interested in case studies.

On that note, if anyone has or knows of any case studies on this topic,
especially hard to find ones, I would be very grateful if you could
tell me about them.

post a summary of the responses I get.
