Very interesting article. I work for the U.S. government and audit foreign assistance programs. We may be setting up an electronic conference (not in real time) where we will ask foreign policy experts (i.e. government officials, professors, consultants, NGO/PVO staff, etc.) to discuss changes taking place with U.S. foreign policy.What is your background?
