Hi,
I wonder if anyone knows of any countries multi-lateral or bi-
lateral aid organisation which have documents prepared relating
to information technology transfer policies?
I am reseaching information technology (IT) transfer policies
towards developing countries.

The types of questions I am attempting to address are:

o Does appropriate IT transfer actually exist?

o Who is involved in making technology transfer policy (donor, recipient, technologist, private sector).

o What are the major problems that are associated with inappropriate IT transfer and can these be mitigated by having policy or guidelines?

I would be extremely grateful for any information on this area. Sorry for any cross-postings Thanks,
