in Singapore. The report is based on a survey conducted in 16
cities in ten Asian countries and is available from the IDRC Regional
Office in Singapore: IDRC Asia Regional Office, Tanglin, P.O. Box 101

author of the article, Maria Lee-Hoon Ng at the Regional Office is
listed as: mailto:MariaNgLeeHoon@idrc.org.sg . I have requested a copy
electronically but do not know if this will succeed.
