SIFAT (Southern Institute For Appropriate Technology) will hold three
training sessions in the next year in appropiate technology and community
development in Venezuela.  The next 4 weeks sessions will be in October,
1995.  The enrollments is generally about 30% women from Northern South
America area.  Most of the lectures are in Spanish with English
translation available.
