The African continent does need access to brand new technology. The current pace of its development does require highly efficient technology. Keep in main that the continent houses fertile brains trained at highly ranked academic settings, and capable of handling such devices. Please, stop dumping used stuff in the continent. If you are willing to help, send new and good. Sorry for being rude.
