I agree with Mbalo Ndiaye regarding used computers.  Yes, I know, I
will sound ungrateful but for 5 mns put yourself in houses, our
schools, our offices filled with used and sometimes obsolete stuff.
Some of you send them out of kindness, thank you.  But we, just like
you, appreciate new technology.  Last week with friends from Togo, and
Ivory Coast we saw a used oven, and half jokingly said it was on its
way to Africa.

How Africa is supposed to keep up with the world if we are always one step behind?
