I, for one, will gladly let anyone dump "used stuff" here in Bulgaria, where we also have a highly educated population that knows very much what to do with high tech. No sarcasm intended, if anyone has any machines they would like to get rid of -- as a tax deductible donation to a developing country's economic growth -- please send me a note. Space is limited, though, so I may find homes for only 20,000-30,000 computers of any caliber of sophistication. I myself am communicating now on a machine that is held together by baling wire and hope, transferring data on a string between two Dixie cups. And I am damned happy to be doing so.Workers ready and waiting!
