     Greetings List Members

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is seeking temporary support staff for its Internet/Intranet project. The job involves assisting in the establishment, support and maintanance of Internet connectivity in FAO field offices in some 80 developing countries. We are seeking a native French speaker with excellent writing skills and a good command of English. The candidate should have experience living and/or working in developing countries and should have a good knowledge of and proven experience with Internet technologies (TCP/IP networking, routers, PPP and SLIP services, WWW browsers, etc.) If you know someone who meets these qualifications and is willing to travel to work in Rome for approximately 6 months, please have them contact our office:
