Biteing the hand that feeds you is not as wise as you may believe.

Developed countries did not become developed by osmosis. That is they started from zero and progressed, and I might add that they didn't wine and moan. They continually progressed.

Not all people in the developed or if you will the Imperialist Nations have the streets paved with gold. I am a Ph. D., and up to last week had a 386DX25, and I upgraded to a upgrade Make-it486. It gets the job done, and I can do something. Much better than without a computer.

Think about what you have said. It may not be as beneficial as you believe. And guilt doesn't GUARANTEE your end results.
