Program Highlights
HCJB, The Voice of the Andes

        There have been a number of recent news stories on poverty from
Colombia, Honduras and Britain. Allen Graham will bring us up to date.
Then we'll feature a special report from Richard Legister of the
Caribbean Baptist Fellowship on the social responsibility of the
church. Finally, Tim Allen of Plan International will join us to answer
often-asked questions about whether micro enterprise programs are
successful.
        The Least of These is a weekly radio program produced by HCJB, The
Voice of  the Andes in Quito, Ecuador, South America. The title of the
program comes from the biblical reference in Matthew 25:40 where Jesus
Christ said,
        "I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you
gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I
needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to me.  Whatever you did for one of the
least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."


        The Least of These is broadcast on HCJB, The Voice of the Andes
                on the following Schedule:

        To Europe:  20:00 UTC on 12015 kHz
                (may also be heard in Africa and Middle East)
        To The Americas: 2 and 5:00 (UTC Tuesday),
