I remembered some conditions the International Monetary Fund
asks from states in order to give credits: to lower the subventions in
the health sector. Would anybody consider this a good thing, from an
non-economical point of view? In less developed countries health care is
quite expensive to the ordinary citizen. It ahppens quite often that
people die only because of lack of money in order to get medicine
or special care.
