Archie,I don't have a translated copy right now, but hope that Rehred, ACN or Focus Data do, and will be glad to send it to everybody. There are three major differences with your draft: 1 - the reference to IANA has been erased 2 - the consortium is formulated now as a creation of only the Ministry of Public Works with the integration of the other institutions, instead of an autonomous entity including all the Institutions under the umbrella of the Ministry of Public Works. 3 - Anselme Remy is signing as the General Director of Focus Data and not any more as the Secretary-Treasury of its board.
