I wonder if others would find it helpful to share information, case studies, experiences regarding applications of development ideas in practice---- especially asking the question: what have the results been in terms of impacting the lives of the humble people we seek to serve?

I'm in the same boat as Tom is, and I agree with the suggestions he has made. These discussions have been useful and thought provoking. I find it helpful to hear about experiences regarding applications of development, and it would help me to share my experiences, and most recently those of transfering deep well technology and agroforestry to pastoralists in W.Africa.
