Dear List members Just a follow up on my last message. After receiving some queries I think I need to elaborate a bit more on my initiative regarding provision of information services from Pakistan. The information service process would be as follows:1. receive a request through e-mail. 2. provide a quick reply giving the cost of providing the service and the time. 3. If in general agreement then provide a list of the items through e-mail for review 4. person selects the items which are needed 5. If the person wants any of the items then send the information. 6. Send bill for payment
An actaul case is presented below. ========================== TM'S First e-mail. TM is interested in Distance learning and wanted to know the status in Pakistan. ============================ My reply was: Allama Iqbal Open University deals with the subject and has plenty of information on the subject.
