Subject:      Trainers for Personnel and Procurement Systems

     Education Development Center (EDC), a Boston-based non-profit human
     capacity research and project management organization, is looking to
     identify possible trainers to conduct one-week workshops in (a) personnel
     systems and management and (b) procurement for staff of a multinational
     agency.  (No time frame has yet been established.)  Workshops will likely
     take place in the greater Boston area.


     U.S. citizenship is NOT required, and we do encourage expressions of
