This is the second notice of this fund. Applications due May 15. This fund isn't intended for individuals, it is intended for conference organizers who need funds to help pay expenses for developing country participants that otherwise couldn't attend.

Call for Applications

The Information for Development Program (infoDev) Conference Scholarship Fund (iCSF) is being created to facilitate the participation of developing country individuals in conferences relevant to the infoDev agenda. Conferences on information and communications technologies (ICT) and their applications in developing countries are eligible for support.

iCSF funds are to be used only to support expenses of the developing country participants, termed iCSF Fellows. Applications will be accepted only from conference organizers, and only for support of groups of participants.
