My department at the World Bank has monthly/bi-monthly electronic newsletter on industrial pollution regulation and control and sustainable development issues which I think would be of interest to your audience. If we were allowed to post it to the Development Listserve, would we simply post it to this same email address, or is there a more formal registration process? Many thanks for any help you may be able to give.
