Executive Director, Oxfam New Zealand

Oxfam NZ is a non-government overseas aid organisation with no political or religious affiliations. It supports grassroots development projects and emergency relief, and runs advocacy campaigns to fight poverty and injustice around the world. Oxfam NZ is an affiliate of Oxfam International.

Due to an international promotion Oxfam NZ is looking for a dynamic Executive Director who will lead the agency's efforts to continue improving the effectiveness of its aid programme, its stewardship of public funds, growth in income, and influence in advocating change.

Applicants should be skilled in general management and marketing. Excellent personal and written communications skills are essential. Experience and interest in advocacy an advantage. The position is based in Auckland.
