Happy99.Exe attaches itself to email addresses in an address book and sends itself. Its activity is beyond the control of the user of the email address. Below is information from website http://www1.omnitel.net/martynas/virus/e-mail/happy99/index.html. Other websites can also be found with similar data on this virus.
