On May 12nd I spread a message after receive an happy99.exe (similar of
Melissa) attach from mailto:joaquim.moura@...

I should apologize acusing Mr. Moura or the person using this address, and I
do it publically now.

It was really not nice but all evidences I had made me belive that it was an
intentional terrorristic act, and I went crazy about that possibility. Of
course my mail caused discomfort and uneasiness to Mr. Moura and to the
Devel-L subscribers, and I am really sorry. I would only ask everybody to be
more careful about those parasits our computers could send and I also beg
Mr. Moura's pardon.
