I am passing this information on on behalf of Fernando Reimers, who
directs the recently established Master's program in International
Education Policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (Fernando
     is not on this list).

This is an intensive one-year program designed for educators and other policy-makers who have a strong interest in learning and developing new approaches that will help them create more effective national and sub-national policies for education, particularly for the promotion of equity in education. In my understanding, the program is designed to bring a small group of talented educators together, to improve their analytical skills especially in the areas of policy and planning, and to provide a means for them to interact effectively with each other and with professional colleagues in top-level positions in a number of settings. The program is, therefore, quite selective; however, financial assistance for some candidates is expected to be available.
