The Africa Media Review is inviting papers for publication in its special issue on=20 the Information Superhighway:Implications for Africa. Papers can address various aspects of information and communication technologies such as electronic networking, computers, fiber optics, cable, satellite communication, information databases, radio, television, telecommunications, policy issues and government regulations of information and communication technologies, training, research, the role of government and private sector in the development of telecommunications, information and communication technologies.
