" =2E..the end being community revitalization and local economic development.= =20Community Access '96 is a conference meant to assist those active or interested in facilitating community access. From November 21st to 23rd, Sydney, Nova Scotia will be the site of one of the most important community access events of the year. With an expected attendance of 300 people, the conference will bring together community economic development workers, Internet specialists and a variety of other persons who would benefit. The conference will also be broadcast on-line via the Internet to allow those who can't attend physically to participate virtually.

Community Access '96 is organizing a Virtual Conference to coincide with th= e physical conference. This virtual conference will make extensive use of Internet technologies to help discussion prior to, and during the conference.
