Hola,
Various scholars and practitioners from the North and South have written on institutional sustainability of nongovernemental organizations (NGOs), but I have not found an author(s) that does so primarily from an organizational theoretical perspective (resource dependency, transaction costs, institutionalism, interorganizational relations, social network analysis, etc.).
I would appreciate any recommended readings of authors who apply organizational theory to NGOs or comments as why there appears to be two bodies of literature (organizational theory and NGO development) which apparently do not interact but could benefit from such an interaction.
Warren.
