   From September 29-October 10, 1997, an online seminar - consisting of
       an informational website and an extensive listserv of e-mail
       participants - was conducted which focused on the Multilateral
       Agreement on Investment.   From the proceedings of this online
    seminar, presented herein is a set of concerns. This set represents
       several groups of conclusions and recommendations expressed by
       participants.
