Greetings,

I am in the midst of a project reviewing the World Bank's proscriptions for the developing world's governing institutions. I write now to ask for assistance from those of you who are interested in effective bureacratic reform in Sub-Saharan Africa. If any of you know of extant critiques of the 1997 World Development Report (academic or otherwise), or are working on one yourself, I would be most grateful if you would contact me with this information.

Thank you in advance.
