Dear Mr. Harvey,
VITA (Volunteers in Technical Assistance), has a series of similar pamphlets, and in languages other than English.
I purchased pamphlets (one in English, one in French) on building a forge and bellows. I believe it is also available in Spanish.
This contact information is a little out of date. I tried to access their web site this morning but didn't get through. Their "whois" information is the same as what follows. I can't imagine VITA having gone out of business.
Volunteers in Technical Assistance (VITA) Voice: 1-703-276-1800 FAX: 1-703-243-1865 Postal: 1600 Wilson Boulevard Ste 500 Arlington VA 22209-2500 USA InterNet: www.vita.org
The Voice telephone number is valid, I just spoke with them on the phone.
