The final program for the NTCA - World Bank "First International Conference on Rural Telecommunications: There Are No Boundaries" will be posted on the NTCA website on Friday, November 6, 1998.The conference will take place November 30 - December 2, 1998, at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
PLEASE NOTE: After Saturday, November 7, 1998 the special hotel reservation rate for this conference will no longer be guaranteed. (when making your hotel reservation, please be sure to mention the name of the conference in order to get the rate).
Conference registration closes Friday, November 20 due to a major U.S. holiday the following week, just prior to the meeting.
We have assembled what we hope you will agree is a very interesting and appealing group of presenters, and we have made sure to build into the program plenty of time for interaction among all participants.
To date we have registrants representing 112 institutions in 38 countries (the list of participating institutions is also on the website). This promises to be a terrific learning and networking opportunity!
