Subject:       Internet goes private in India - at long last


 Finally, internet service business is thrown open to the
private sector (in India). And although a license is needed,
there is no licensing fee for 15 years ! Absoulutely zero
for the first five years, and a mere Rupee 1 (one) per year for the
next ten years !!
(Rupee 35 = US $ 1 )
