Rural Enterprise Adaptation Program (REAP)

The Rural Enterprise Adaptation Program (REAP) International, a
US-based nonprofit organization, seeks a coordinator to admin-
ister its agriculture-related training programs in the Irkutsk
oblast and Buryatia. The position involves working with local
staff to design programs, recruit educators, advertise training
opportunities to rural populations, and coordinate visits of
American school groups and educators.
Position requirements:
* working knowledge of Russian
* excellent oral and written communication skills
* experience working with NGOs
* demonstrated ability to work comfortably with diverse groups of
people
* one year commitment
* ability to adapt quickly to new situations
