Thank you Sophia,

I have ran into the very problem you cite. I am currently preparing letters to send to several Embassys in regards to how development affects the government in those nations. The difficulty with reaching those that the Peace Corps work with has been my biggest stumbling block. If you any sugestions I would love to hear them.

Thanks for the input, Ian
