     I truly *AM* sorry to add to the clutter, but it seems that with the
     beginning of the new academic year, we have to revisit the
     oft-discussed theme of one list for everything, regardless of whether
     people can afford to receive it, or two lists -- one for postings of
     more-or-less practical concern and the other for postings on
     development theory and philosophy.  (Neither list need necessarily be
     moderated, which could perhaps ease the workload for the people at
     VITA who so graciously facilitate).  As you can surmise, I'm opting
     for two lists.
