Members of the list may be interested to know that the Irish firm of Jennings O'Donovan has recently published its first web site (www.jod.ie).International Development is one of the firms main fields of activity and therefore the topic features high among the main themes of the site. The site contains some interesting information including an analysis of the activities of Irish Aid a list of regularly used abbreviations in development, a list of national aid agencies including links where appropriate and also numerous links to other sites specializing in International Development (most but by no means all have a particular emphases on Procurement in International Development).
The site also hosts a "Consultants Roster" section where consultants working in the field of development are invited to join our database of consultants by filling out the the online application form.
I welcome all visitors to our site. Comments and suggestions about content and form will be appreciated. Suggestions for sources for future content and new links are particularly welcome.
