Hello,

I am a linguistics graduate student, and I am interested in finding any information about language choice in internet development for Africa.

I have looked through many of the documents that people have suggested, but language does not seem to be an issue in technology (internet/computerization) implementation.

I would appreciate it if anyone can point me in the direction of any such information, or simply tell me from personal experience if development takes place predominately in English/French, or if there are multilingual resources available to users.

Thanks. Karen.
