Witness for Peace is proud to announce a Delegation to Mexico
entitled:Explore Mexican Reality: The Impact of NAFTA on Indigenous and
Border Communities

The Dates are January 3 - 14, 1998.

Come and travel to Mexico City where you will meet with Community activists, labor rights people, and church leaders as they discuss the impact of NAFTA on the lives of Mexicans.

>From there, you will travel to Oaxaca where you will stay in the home of
an indigenous family who will show you how NAFTA has impacted them. After a few days in the community, you will then travel to the United States/ Mexico border

At the borderlands, you will tour maquilas and talk with the workers, managers, and owners as they discuss what NAFTA has done for them.
