The brief objective of my study is as follow:
As the rate of Information Technology (IT) implementation is increasing to an unprecedented level, and IT has become a new trend that will affect the development of every country in the world, it is possible that recent evolution within distance education technology may provide powerful mechanisms to leverage against current and future standards of education, quality of human resources and the standard of living in the worldwide. Optimistically, this attempt can considerably elevate equality between developed and developing countries.
Consequently, the objective of this study aims at assessing the implementation of Information (IT) in distance education. The research clarifies how IT enhances distance education focusing on its impact on developing countries. The goal of the research is to gain insight into the opinions and attitudes of people around the world regarding to the issues mentioned above.
